Bramma Release First Single from Upcoming Album

Reggae/dancehall recording artist Bramma aka Brammaggod has finally released the first single, Belly A The Beast from his highly touted all reggae album produced by Riddim Force Records and distributed by VPAL.

On this Belly A The Beast single, the deejay was able to distinctly bring across an insightful view on serious social issues into the stream of musical education and of considerable advantage for the presentation of an all reggae album. Reggae music in its authentic form eloquently foreshadows the concept of a just society and protests the absence. This trait was correctly demonstrated on the track. "Whey di option whey dem give di poor man.." Bramma asked in the introduction, to support his argument that the system has turned many into victims and, coupled with a hard-hitting beat he went on to describe some of the outcomes of a failed system, "now a youth educated with his bachelors' top ranks a pree fi go rob banks.." In a solemn voice, Bramma broke it down for the government, "talking to mama Portia, missa Holness who feels it a dem know best..."

Belly A The Beast is the first of three singles promised before the release of the Rugged and Deadly album by the GGOD Record label artist. Although Bramma is yet to announce an official album release date he promised another interesting feature/collaboration with long-time friend and Ace producer Steven McGregor. Thus far we know Bramma's Rugged and Deadly album will also feature Anthony B, Luciano, and Morgan Heritage.

Throughout the year Bramma aka BrammaGGOD has recorded and released a string of commercial tracks now being played on radio and includes songs such as Stevie Wonder produced by G3K Music, Stay To Myself on the Sweet Music Production label, Wul It Out produced by DJ Smurf Music, Talk To Mi produced by Riddim Force Records and, Wine and Show It produced by Tvchpoint Music and Producer Benford.

Another recording by Brammaggod to mention is a collaboration with Ghanaian artist Ras Kuuku entitled, Guitar and featured on the Kuntunkununku (The Heaviest) album now available on all digital platforms. Bramma To the Youths - Wul It Out!

As Jamaican Dancehall artist Bramma progresses he has delivered another motivating track for the youths. "Wul It Out" comes after the popular "Stay To Myself" track and is produced by DJ Smurf on the GPS Riddim. The song's African theme replicates the struggle many ghetto youths feel daily and the lyrics, a message of perseverance to the youths, "and if you don't have it then man know fi do without.." Bramma sings delivering a powerful message and to those in prison, "so many inna morgue so many in a pen" some of whom he grew up with he sang, "man grow wid dem" delivered in an understandable way and deliberate because their pain is relatable.

"Wul It Out" or Hold It Out in standard English means hold on and was released ahead of Bramma's highly touted all reggae album which the 29-year-old Deejay promises for a fall release. He has been working on the project since the start of the year and have been hinting at popular features such as reggae icon Anthony B and Luciano. Fans will get a taste of what to expect from the album, "Rugged and Deadly" with the release of the first single, "Belly Of The Beast."

Bramma On a Roll

Nothing can stop the inevitable, just believe in you!

Jamaican Dancehall/Reggae artist Bramma aka Brammaggod aka Bramma Gorilla get on top of his game as he works toward releasing his all reggae album around September as well a single ahead of the album release.  The 14 track album samples old school reggae riddims complimented with freestyles, on/off stage catchphrases and interpersonal lyrical compositions. Staying true to his image and roots Bramma lay it all down for the culture and hope music fans will enjoy the end product.

With tracks off the One A Day EP surfacing and resurfacing across the web, it has become quite evident that the developing interest toward Bramma's music is a testimonial to the fact that music with messages has far-reaching effect.

The GGOD label boss has once again, found favor among music enthusiasts with his naturalness.  The shift in the industry and across the musical landscape generally, has created a level of competitiveness that leaves many artists wanting more than just talent, rhymes or riddims to impress an audience. It requires creativity, re-invention tactics and demanded attention. While the challenge is good, many have either lost their way or have simply exhausted all their options; but for Bramma, dj's are saying, "it's time!"

As the tables turn in his favour we invite you to follow and experience the journey with him.  Check out his 2019 releases to include Stevie Wonda, Stay To Myself, Talk To Mi, Enemy, Delilah. Note also soon to be releases highlighted on Instagram @brammaggod @brammaggodofficialupdates @ggodrecords @newimagepromo and keep it locked.
